In September 1995 I was transferred to the General Command of the Guardia di Finanza, where I spent 5 years, first at the Third Operations Department, then at the Second Department of Information. This last role gave me an international dimension, that will accompany me for the rest of my career. As the Head Office of the Central Liaison Office of the Financial Police I was responsible for links between my organization and all the European counterparts.
In the year 2000, with the rank of Major, I moved to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, with special assignments.
